The PreOncology Program™
Personalized cancer prevention built on whole genome sequencing, precision risk assessment, and continuous clinical guidance.
How the Program Works
Concierge and direct primary care physicians introduce the PreOncology Program to clinically appropriate patients. Interested patients register in the PreOncology Platform™ and begin with the Stage Alpha Assessment, a comprehensive evaluation that establishes the foundation for their personalized prevention program.
The Stage Alpha Assessment
Step 1
Blood Draw
A single blood draw that produces a oncology specific genomic analysis that is more comprehensive than any hereditary cancer risk genetic testing currently available. This test is performed once and continuously reinterpreted as science advances.
Step 2
Precision Risk Assessment
A structured clinical intake capturing personal and family history, lifestyle factors, and other clinically relevant inputs used to build each member’s risk profile.
Step 3
Initial Consultation with the Prevention Care Team
A dedicated review session in which the Prevention Care Team presents the member’s personalized risk profile and individualized prevention plan. The team includes a board-certified medical oncologist or nurse practitioner specializing in prevention and early detection, and an oncology-specialized genetic counselor.
Following the Initial Consultation, a full report is presented to the member and their primary care physician through the PreOncology Platform.
Surveillance Program Enrollment
Based on the findings of the Stage Alpha Assessment, the Prevention Care Team recommends the membership tier that best reflects each member’s risk level and surveillance needs. Every test, scan, and evaluation is coordinated within the program, so members are never left managing fragmented testing on their own.
Average to Elevated Risk
Elite
Designed for members with average to elevated cancer risk. Elite provides structured, twice-yearly surveillance with a continuously reinterpreted genomic baseline and direct access to their Prevention Care Team, so their prevention plan stays ahead of their risk.
- Whole genome sequencing, performed once and continuously reinterpreted
- Coordination of clinically indicated testing, including molecular diagnostics and advanced imaging
- Risk surveillance conducted twice per year
- Surveillance protocol updated at each cycle
- Two Prevention Care Team consultations per year
High to Very High Risk
Elite Plus
Designed for members with high to very high cancer risk. Elite Plus builds on the full Elite program with more frequent Prevention Care Team consultations and surveillance protocols scaled to a higher level of clinical need.
- All Elite program components
- Prevention Care Team consultations increased to three per year
- Surveillance intensity matched to the higher risk level
Ongoing Reassessment
Every member receives one year of Ongoing Reassessment following their Stage Alpha Assessment. Throughout that year, their risk profile is continuously re-evaluated as new information emerges, including advances in genomic science, changes in family history, social determinants of health, and evolving early detection technologies, all without a single additional test. Every six months, their risk is recalculated and updated surveillance recommendations are presented to the member and their physician.
